Imagine a crackling fire emitting heat throughout the entire house creating the kind of warm that can only be experienced by a natural wood burning fireplace. The light of the fire’s characteristic orange glow, dances along the walls creating a feeling of comfort and seclusion. The smell of burning pine wafts though the nostrils mixing with the unmistakable smell of ginger breads cookies and chili.

The family is all bundled up snugly watching the falling snow from just beyond the windowpane, adding to the wonder of the stunning scenery behind it. Twinkling lights scattered throughout the walls leading toward a spacious room harboring a fabulously decorated tree. Gifts anxiously awaiting the moment they burst open into as frenzy of wrapping paper and string.

The excellent facilities are within a few mere footsteps boasting with all of the amenities necessary for pampering and relaxation. All of this can become reality within your very own rustic log cabin. This is why you should think about a log cabin for this year’s holiday season. Many people enjoy family gatherings during the holidays but the question always becomes, “whose house”.

Who gets to open their doors to any number of guests while entertaining, cooking and cleaning for everybody? Every family needs a retreat with a good group accommodation option for the holiday season. The solution is a backwoods log cabin. This allows each person to have the feeling that they are on vacation, a chance to get away from the grind of every day hustle and bustle.

Not to mention, many cabin rentals offer cabins that are spacious enough to fit the entire family and extended family and most offer cheap group rates, so the more the merrier. Log cabin holidays are the new trend and for great reason. The fantasy holiday party can become reality without the expense of purchasing and maintaining a second home. Enjoy your holiday and leave the chores and paperwork to the owner.

Rome is an obvious stop for any European trip. It is a must-see as it combines the past and present right in the middle of its bubbling metropolis. For backpackers backpacking through Europe, here are some Rome travel tips to help save you some money while traveling through this magnificent yet expensive city.

First, you can definitely look to save money on your accommodations. A budget friendly option is to stay just outside the city and take the train in every day. There are great countryside inns that are wallet friendly and give you a really special experience. While staying outside of Rome, you can also take your breakfast and dinners in neighboring towns as well.

Local restaurants will be much cheaper than what you will find in Rome, and it will provide you with a great authentic experience minus the tourists. Within Rome, there are cheap hostels, budget hotels, Bed and Breakfasts, and even the option of lodging in a monastery. Even though they are quite basic accommodations that you will often share with fellow travelers, considering you will spend most of your time outside sightseeing, it’s a good place to save money.

As with any Western European city, it pays to travel in the off season. During the summer months the whole country teems with visitors, making it crowded and also expensive. You will find it much harder to find deals on hotels as well as even an open table at a restaurant. The lines for attractions will be much longer, and you will notice the price of your flights skyrocket.

Going to Rome in early spring or fall will make the weather much more comfortable and will also bring less intense crowds. Winter will be even cheaper, but beware of attractions being on shorter winter hours or even closed for renovations, as well as cold weather. Many hotels and restaurants take a month or two off during the heart of winter so make sure to check availability before you leave. By following these Rome travel tips you will be able to visit Italy and still remain on budget.

If you want to save money but still dream about taking a vacation sailing around anywhere from Alaska to Hawaii, one amazing option that you have is to book last minute cruise deals.

Cruise lines desperate to fill up ships will gladly offer you a discount as they become more and more desperate to put people in rooms as the departure dates get closer. Here are three of the best ways to find cheap deals on your next cruise.

The first, and arguably the best way to find a late cruise deal is to go through the cruise line itself. Look up the websites of some major cruise lines and sign up for their mailing lists.\

The mailing list should tell you when cruises are departing and announce new cruises as well. As cruise dates approach, try to get in contact with a representative from the company to see what types of discounts they’re willing to offer.

Another great way to find a cheap deal on a cruise is to go through an online ticket vendor such as Priceline. These companies get cheap deals on tickets by buying in bulk. On top of that, there’s almost no upkeep either, which means that they’ll take less in commissions, so you’re bound to get a rock bottom price.

Finally, you can also go through a traditional travel agent. Travel agents also get discounts because they buy tickets in bulk, but they also have to pay for upkeep, which means they have to take a bigger commission.

However, if you have a good relationship with your travel agent, he might be able to use his expertise and know-how to find the best cruise for you, something you won’t be able to do if you go through an online agency.

These are three of the best way that you can find a late cruise deal. Start by checking out some of them today.

These days, almost everyone needs a vacation. This is a simple fact that cannot be disputed – everyone always needs vacations, but after the last few years of living through a harrowing economic crisis, it is truer than ever.

Unfortunately, people have fallen into the mindset of believing that vacations are now more unaffordable than ever, when in fact it is the opposite that is true. The recession has had some interesting effects, and one of them is that the prices of products like timeshares have gone down.

This may perhaps seem counter intuitive, but think about it – during the recession, vast numbers of people needed liquid cash. The financial crisis was caused by people who were unable to make regular payments on their loans because they had cash flow issues; these people were forced to get rid of many of their assets, usually at rock bottom prices.

This means that if you are looking to purchase a timeshare, you can probably find one of the many that were sold at reduced prices.
The main avenue when looking to buy timeshare options is to go online. There are several marketplaces that cater to timeshare resellers; a simple Google search should pull up several options.

Right now, it is probably best not to buy first-party products from timeshare companies because you will not experience the same kind of savings that you would online. Not many people realize this, and prefer to stick with timeshare companies because they are uncomfortable with buying timeshares online – however, if you really think about it, what’s the difference between buying timeshares online and buying it from a company?

The chances that you will get cheated are probably the same either way, and at least online you can compare several different dealers side by side to examine the kinds of options that are available to you.

Many private individuals are looking to sell a timeshare be it on ebay, their local newpapers or online, resale companies, on the other hand, will generally give you a very one-sided explanation of their product.

If you get a chance to visit Bali Indonesia you're sure to enjoy the nightlife, the beaches and shopping, as well as a local Balinese culture that is very much still alive.

Bali is one of those places with a foot in the modern world and one foot still firmly planted in the traditions and customs by which people have lived for centuries.

After a few sun drenched days on the beach, I'd recommend taking a day trip up to the quiet north coast of Bali, to places like the beach at Lovina and the Bali National Park.

Finding a driver to take you up for the day won't be a problem-he'll probably find you first-but be sure to bargain hard over the price. Lovina is a step back in time with a noticeably slower pace and prices are a fraction of what you would pay in the busy southern part of the island.

There are several cheap Lovina hotels along the beach road that sit right on the water's edge.

Bali National Park boasts walking trails, dozens of species of birds, and some of the best snorkeling and diving on the entire island. It's located just an hour or so from Lovina so you can easily make a half-day trip out of it.

If you do go diving be sure and keep a lookout for the dolphins that are quite plentiful along this coast. The Bali Sea is noticeably calmer than the rough Indian Ocean that you'll find in southern part of Bali, and unless you are a surfer you will appreciate this fact.

Bali's living culture makes it a tourist destination that can be about a lot more than just the beach and nightlife. Everywhere you go you will see temples and people engaged in their morning prayers.

As a visitor you'll appreciate that 21st-century development has not overrun local customs. Bali should definitely be on your list of places to enjoy a holiday.

For this reason, Bali is one of the best places in Asia to pay a visit of even one week.

In a world where work is an indispensable factor for one’s survival and rest and relaxation are the most cherished activities, one can definitely agree in the necessity of having a worthwhile destination to spend a vacation or a holiday trip.

Worry no more because it is possible for you to find such a place in Torrevieja Espana. One of the well-known tourists spots, it is a town that can be found in the province of Alicante.

Its breathtaking beaches, excellent restaurants with mouth watering dishes, and street market are just some of the reasons why this town is worth visiting. However, make sure that you are or you will be ready for this trip.

To help you out, here are some suggestions for you to consider in preparing for spending a vacation in this town. First, you might want to check out some important information regarding this town from the internet or from other sources for you to foresee your would-be trip. Learn something about the place and why would you like to go there.

Second, you might want to make reservations for your trip there in the future. This includes finding and booking your hotel or apartment where you can stay while you are on a vacation or trip there.

This is necessary to avoid waste of time and effort and also to know if your trip there will be feasible. The peak season usually is during the summer, when it is not a good choice to go there without making any reservation beforehand.

Lastly, if you have enough money it is highly advisable that you rent a car in order to save your time and energy especially if you plan to go around the town. Are you now ready for your next trip? Then go on board for Torrevieja Spain.

It is a luxurious, but economical apartment hotel that has a variety of accommodations. It doesn't matter how long you plan to stay in Jumeirah Beach Dubai because there are different sizes of studios and apartments that can be rented. The Golden Sands is ready to meet your every need.

Hotel apartments were unheard of in Dubai until the Golden Sands opened in 1970. They took into consideration the type of people who visit that area and why they come. They decided to provide some apartments that were furnished and some that weren't.

The Golden Sands has 750 units. There are two types of studios: one room and two rooms. Apartments come with one, two or three bedrooms. The different accommodations are perfect for couples, individuals or complete families.

The Golden Sands is in a perfect location. They are in the central part of the city where everything is close by. There are shopping malls, museums and other tourist attractions, businesses and lots of interesting night life within walking distance. It is very close to the metro train junction.

The Golden Sands offers a variety of options that people can select. There are different apartment and studio sizes and guests can choose if they want their apartment furnished with luxury or budget furnishings or if they prefer to provide their own.

They, also, have the opportunity to decide if they want to pay their own utilities or if they prefer to have them included in the rent. For people who find it convenient, maid service is available.

As an extra benefit to the guests renting the luxurious accommodations, they decided to include the use of a gymnasium, sauna and swimming pool. As they have built newer blocks, they have added squash courts and playgrounds. Twenty four hour security and maintenance is included in the price of every rental.

As a special incentive, the Golden Sands offers daily specials for either short term or long term stays. The sale of the day is available to ten bookings only and can be found online.

The Golden Sands has accommodations for the needs of every person that visits Dubai regardless of their length of stay. It's easy to make reservations online and have your arrangements made before you arrive. With everything close by, the Golden Sands in Dubai is the perfect location for your visit.

Keeping your boat clean is a must if you live on your boat, but even if you just visit your boat on weekends, keeping your boat dry with a good vinyl and rubber protectant seal around the openings to the birth or inner compartments is an absolute must. Boat repairs will be easiest if taken care of sooner rather than later.

Mold and liquids left inside of an enclosed area will soon lead to poor indoor air quality. Nothing is worse than having poor air quality inside your boat. Many times people like us use air fresheners and plug-in style air freshening gizmos.

It covers for a while, but whenever they are shut off or run out, the boat belly smell returns. IMAR Yacht Fresh doesn’t just cover up the smell; it actually destroys the molecular structure of the stuff that causes the odor. Great stuff made for your clean boat.

If you do encounter mold, you should do everything you can to get it to stop growing by drying the area surrounding it as best and as good as you can. Once the mold is dry, you can get rid of it.

It would be best to look for the cause of the wetness at the same time so steps can be made to stop the leaking and or damage the wet area might cause would be kept to a minimum. Bleaches are not really effective and can make breathing difficult.

Borax will do a much better job than bleach and acts as an effective wood fungicide when used on a continuing basis. Some commercial cleaners use Propionic acid as part of their mix, and this is most effective at removing mold and safe to use as well.

If you shampoo your carpet to remove stains, make sure you have plenty of fresh air moving through the cabin for at least two hours after cleaning. Using a carpet cleaner on a boat is a demanding feat. Having enough sunlight and fresh air afterward can make the difference between having a clean smelling boat and a tuna tug that gives you black lung.

If you take the time to do a professional cleaning once in a while and you check under carpets, mats and rugs for moisture on a regular basis, your clean boat will be happier and so will your nose. So stay up with those boat repairs and keep your clean boat fresh and natural smelling for all of us.
