The book store knows that this is the annual rush on New Year’s resolutions that have losing weight or eating more healthy in the theme.</p>
<p>We all want to eat more healthy foods after coming off of the holiday period where we splurged on cheese and wine and then sat down with a plate of pie and chocolate candies. These are treats that only come around once a year. Then we step on the scale after Christmas and vow to take it off.</p>
<p>We are looking for some simple and easy ways to do it. One of the ways to accomplish this is to eat more fish.
