I’ve been a vegetarian for 35 years before discovering ionized, alkaline water. I became a vegetarian in college in 1971 and always considered myself to be pretty healthy. I started with a macrobiotic diet and years later I became a vegetarian diet. I consumed dairy products but no meat. I suffered from headaches for more than 35 years and had a slightly overweight.

A few years ago I was presented to the concept of balancing your body pH by drinking alkaline ionized water. The book “The miracle of pH for a perfect health” by Dr. Robert O. Young brought that bit of understanding for me, namely: there is nothing more important for the body than water and there is none better than ionized water!

The most important thing that protects our body against disease is a proper hydration! I started drinking alkaline water and eating alkaline foods daily! Within three months I lost over 55 pounds and I have never suffered from migraines since. It is necessary to drink about 2 pints of water for every 66 pounds of body weight, this changed me, and I feel healthy now. Moreover I was able to lose belly fat and if you want to shed your weight I suggest you get to it immediately.

In recent years we have learned more about our body and we found that it can heal itself of any disease. Therefore, you are ill, because you can afford to become ill. Stop it and enjoy a better health starting today.

The source of all disease comes is over acidification when pH is unbalanced in our body. Know what health is what we read and talked to others with experience. The human body is capable of healing any illness. All you have to do is keep it hydrated, alkalinize and detoxify our body. The result is a healthy body.
